Embark on a transformative journey with our Assembly Training program designed to cultivate skilled assemblers. This six-month program offers a comprehensive learning experience, starting with a thorough screening process.

Successful candidates will transition to payroll employees, participating in multiple orientations throughout the summer.

The program encompasses diverse general labor tasks in sealing, coating, and other departments, gradually introducing participants to blueprint reading and specialized tools.

Progress checkpoints ensure consistent development, with the opportunity to thrive on day shifts exclusively.

ResponsibilitiesEngage in a variety of general labor tasks Participate in classroom learning during the initial week.Shadow experienced employees across various departments in the second week.Acquire hands-on experience from the third week onward.Learn to read and interpret blueprints.Develop proficiency with hand and power tools.Participate in the assembly and sub-assemblies.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient assembly processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to perform repetitive motionsCapacity to lift up to 50 pounds.Tolerance for constant noise and ability to work safely in manufacturing environment Work Environment

This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, running from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday,

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
