Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift
Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler on the 2nd shift, where you will play a crucial role in converting raw materials into finished products through a variety of manufacturing processes, including soldering.

ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of manufacturing processes to convert raw materials into finished products.Verify kitted raw materials for quantity and proper specification.Conduct general production tasks, including soldering and assembly line operations.Utilize hand tools for electrical assembly and soldering.Measure accurately using a tape measure.Essential SkillsSoldering skills.Ability to speak and read English.Ready to learn attitude.Punctuality and reliability.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and understand all written work instructions.Follow directions from the Lead Operator or Supervisor.Capability to learn various tasks such as punching, potting, trimming, inspection, testing, measuring, wire stripping, cutting, laminating, bonding, baking, and crimping.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work schedule is 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm, with training initially on the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The manufacturing floor is organized, bright, and well-lit, providing a pleasant work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Lyme, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
