Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Gun Parts/Body Tubes Assembly Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble assigned components according to assembly drawings and job requirements.
+ Meet production goals, ship schedule, and ensure subassemblies are ready for the gun area on time.
+ Complete and turn in necessary production paperwork by the end of the shift.
+ Monitor work visually to maintain quality standards and notify the supervisor of nonconformance and/or operating difficulties.
+ Participate in the continuous improvement process and assist in training new and existing employees.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
+ Must be a self-starter with the ability to make decisions and work with minimal supervision.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication, math, and basic computer skills.
+ Ability to work overtime as required and maintain a safe work environment.
+ Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, lift up to 30 lbs. regularly, and 40 lbs. occasionally.
