We are seeking several skilled Assemblers to join our team in Naperville, IL, USA. The position involves working from 7 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime after the shift and on Saturdays. You will use hand and power tools, complete final assemblies, and follow blueprints to ensure accuracy. This is a physically demanding role, requiring comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs, although equipment is available for heavier tasks. ResponsibilitiesAssemble large mechanical parts for car washes using hand and power tools.Follow blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.Collaborate with welders and machinists to complete final assemblies.Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Complete other tasks as needed.Essential Skills2+ years of large mechanical assembly experience.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Experience in welding, fabrication, or machining is a plus.Experience in automotive and manufacturing industry is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean and spacious manufacturing floor. The environment is quiet and well-lit, with a current team of about 15 people expected to grow to 25 by the end of the year

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
