**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable on their feet throughout the day and are eager to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the assembly process. **Responsibilities** + Documenting received parts in the Receiving stage. + Performing manual Factory Resets by pressing a button. + Conducting Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs. + Performing Wi-Fi and Elevated Temperature Tests. + Executing Cosmetic Cleaning and Repair. + Conducting In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Kitting and preparing products for shipment. + Palletizing kits for shipment to AT&T. + Scanning parts at every step of the process to ensure accuracy and quality. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work collaboratively with others. + Comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day. + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas of the assembly process. + Hand dexterity and punctuality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with assembly, packing, repair, and refurbishment. + Familiarity with quality inspection, soldering, test equipment, and RF scanners. + Comfortable using computers, power tools, and reading blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Join a thriving startup environment where you have opportunities for growth into leadership roles such as Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
