**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an assembler with expertise in validation and testing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling electrical damages and repairs, as well as a comprehensive understanding of PCB Boards and Main Ledger parts in electrical components. Proficiency in operating soldering machines is essential, along with the ability to replace parts using hand tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct validation and testing of electrical components.
+ Manage electrical damage and repairs efficiently.
+ Work with PCB Boards and Main Ledger parts.
+ Operate soldering machines for assembly tasks.
+ Replace parts as needed using hand tools.
+ Lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical components.
+ Experience in repair and assembly processes.
+ Proficiency with computers and touch screen smartphones.
+ Capability to stand for 8 hours a day.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience using tools, either in formal production settings or hobbies.
+ Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

**Work Environment**
The work takes place in a very nice production facility that is organized into different cells. The environment is designed to enhance productivity and efficiency, providing a comfortable space for all employees.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
