Job Description

As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 12-step process, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our product handling. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort in standing for long periods, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team. You will also have the opportunity to be cross-trained in various areas, enhancing your skill set and versatility.

ResponsibilitiesDocument received parts in the Receiving stage.Conduct a Factory Reset with a manual press of a button.Perform Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs.Execute Wi-Fi Tests on equipment.Conduct Elevated Tests to assess temperature resistance.Perform Cosmetic Cleaning and Cosmetic Repairs as needed.Engage in In Process Quality Control (IPQC) assessments.Prepare kits for Pack Out/Pallet Building.Complete shipping procedures for finalized products.Ensure parts are scanned at each step of the process.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly, packing, and repair processes.Proficiency in using test equipment, RF scanners, and computers.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Experience with power tools and general labor tasks.Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.Punctuality and reliability.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in soldering and refurbishing parts.Knowledge of quality inspection techniques.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in a brand new facility designed specifically for our operations, featuring a locker area and cafeteria equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. The location is conveniently situated near major roads and local amenities such as gas stations and restaurants.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
