**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
Join our assembly team where you'll play a vital role in assembling small parts for elevator doors, walls, and other components. Your basic assembly experience or mechanical inclination will be highly valued as you also pack parts for shipment. Whether on the first shift from 6am to 2pm or the second shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, you'll be part of a dynamic and engaging work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and pack a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, and fabricated elevator components.
+ Perform all operations necessary to assemble, align, and pack elevator subassemblies and assemblies within allocated times while maintaining quality specifications.
+ Work from manufacturing information, SAP, COE sheets, engineering drawings, and both written and oral instructions.
+ Package and identify completed assemblies for shipment.
+ Maintain all required records and documents.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in kitting, using tools, and hand tools.
+ Mechanical assembly skills.
+ Basic blueprint reading skills.
+ Mechanical inclination.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Picking and packing experience.
+ Kitting experience.
+ Ability to read blueprints and work with mechanical and electrical components.

**Work Environment**
Work in a fairly clean environment with moderate noise levels. Safety is a priority; candidates must wear steel-toed boots, long pants, and safety glasses while in the shop. Some lifting up to 50lbs may be required.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
