Job Description
This role supports the Actuator Assembly department, focusing on electro/mechanical assembly. The position involves tasks such as disassembling core electronic components, troubleshooting, resoldering, soldering replacement parts, and rebuilding actuators following work instructions. Testing remanufactured actuators and troubleshooting electrical circuits are also key responsibilities.
Work Environment
The work environment involves working on 2-3 products, divided into 4-5 stations, with tasks assigned based on production needs. Each station has 2-3 people working collaboratively. Quality is closely monitored, and feedback is provided. The team consists of 16 members working in an 18,000 SF facility. The shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with breaks at 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (15 min each) and a 30-minute unpaid lunch at noon. The dress code includes jeans and a t-shirt, with steel-toe boots required. Masks are optional, and there may be a company uniform in the future.
