Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for unbundling wires and components/connectors, organizing them into kits. You will work at a billboard, placing wires and connecting them together to form an assembly of wire harnesses, followed by pushing a button to conduct an electrical test. Additionally, you will tape wires together to ensure a secure assembly.
ResponsibilitiesUnbundle wires and components/connectors for kitting.Place and connect wires on a billboard to form wire harness assemblies.Conduct electrical tests on assembled wire harnesses.Tape wires together for a secure assembly.Essential SkillsExperience in general production and assembly.Proficient in using hand tools.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Capability to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day.Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).Basic computer literacy, including the ability to navigate a tablet, open files, and read emails.Ability to read a tape measure.Pass a mechanical test (administered during the interview).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing and general labor environments.Familiarity with production processes.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
