**Job Title: Assembler and Robotic Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers and Robotic Assemblers. These roles are integral to ensuring the production and quality of our products, requiring precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Obtain correct print and test specifications.
+ Complete necessary documentation and stage materials as specified by BOM.
+ Assemble regulators according to documentation and perform quality checks at each assembly stage.
+ Apply date stamps on each body and mark them with employee identification codes.
+ Box or tray assembled regulators per BOM.
+ Set up robot assembly cell and test equipment according to procedures.
+ Perform robotic cell part changeover and select the correct part program from the cell touch screen.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and fix faults and stoppages on robot assembly cell.
+ Load and monitor robot assembly cell according to procedures and make necessary adjustments.
+ Verify date stamps on each body and mark them with employee identification codes upon successful testing.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with assembly, blueprint reading, quality checks, and torque checks.
+ Ability to maintain quality of assembled products through testing.
+ Organizational skills to manage assembly cell inventory.
+ High regard for safety requirements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and prints.
+ Initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and independence.
+ Ability to multi-task and goal-oriented.

**Work Environment**
Work in a large operation with approximately 125 employees. Assemblers work the 1st Shift from Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PM. Robotic Assemblers work the 2nd Shift from Sunday to Thursday, 12AM-7AM, with additional time required to complete a 40-hour week. Safety is paramount, with PPE required by regulations.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gainesville, Georgia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.14 - $17.14/hr.
