**Assembler** **Pay: $22-23/Hour** **Location: Auburn, WA** **Shift: 6:30AM-3:30PM** **Job Description** Join a world-class leader in designing, building, and manufacturing aerospace structures, systems, and components for commercial, business, regional, and military aerospace customers. As an Assembler, you will perform pre-assembly tasks such as drilling and deburring parts, assembly of component parts, including attaching parts together by installing ground studs, attaching nut plates, or bonding. You will work with hand and pneumatic tools, measuring tools like Micrometers and Calipers, and perform riveting and countersinking. You will work off aerospace blueprints and schematics. The role is perfect for individuals with a mechanical background and a strong work ethic who are eager to learn. **Responsibilities** + Perform pre-assembly tasks such as drilling and deburring parts. + Assemble component parts, attaching them using ground studs and nut plates. + Utilize hand and pneumatic tools for assembly tasks. + Use measuring tools like Micrometers and Calipers for precision. + Perform riveting and countersinking. + Work from aerospace blueprints and schematics. **Essential Skills** + Prior aerospace assembly experience. + Experience with sheet metal. + Proficiency in countersinking and squeezing. + Ability to use measuring tools like calipers, shim gauges, and height gauges. + Mechanical inclination and a positive attitude. + Proficiency in reading and understanding work instructions and blueprints. + Experience with hand tools. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment where we take care of our people. It is a busy, organized space that can be loud and involves heavy work. The regular shift is from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with the first few days starting at 7:00 am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
