Job Description
Join our team, where you will be responsible for gluing, assembling, and fabricating fiberglass panels, as well as operating power machines to trim and drill products. This role offers the opportunity to learn various coating, painting, and grit application procedures, with responsibilities spanning across assembly, shipping, and pultrusion processes.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble and fabricate fiberglass panels and other products.Operate power machines to trim and drill products.Learn and apply various coating, painting, and grit application procedures.Prepare finished products for shipping by palletizing and reading orders to match product specifications.Ensure glass racks are full and perform basic pultrusion machine operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient in picking, packing, lifting, and packaging.General labor experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment involves constant standing, moderate to heavy lifting, and bending. You will be exposed to noise, dust, fiberglass, and resin chemicals during the manufacturing process. Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection are required, with jeans and long sleeves recommended due to fiberglass exposure. The team comprises 5 people per cell, with shifts divided into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Overtime opportunities are available and must be cleared with a supervisor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATFIELD, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
