**Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
Join our team as an Assembler where you will engage in light assembly work involving interior injection molded products. You will be part of a dynamic work cell with 3-4 other assembly stations, focusing on assembling small plastic pieces by snapping them into place and ensuring they reach the completed bin efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform light assembly tasks on interior injection molded products.
+ Collaborate with team members in a work cell containing 3-4 assembly stations.
+ Snap small plastic pieces into other plastic pieces and place them in the completed bin.
+ Meet the piece rate performance measures, ranging from 200-400 per shift.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
+ Proficiency in assembly, mechanical assembly, and injection molding manufacturing.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints and use hand tools effectively.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in high volume assembly.
+ Machine operating experience is a plus.

**Work Environment**
You will work a 2nd shift schedule with a 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute breaks. Embrace the opportunity to work 50 hours a week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vicksburg, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $18.70/hr.
