Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler 2nd Shift to join their dynamic team. As an Assembler 2nd Shift, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting the assembly line operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a commitment to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $18.70/hour
Shift: 3:00 pm to 1:00 am
What's the Job?
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and written instructions to accurately assemble equipment and products. Utilize handheld tools such as air guns and wrenches to assemble components efficiently and safely. Monitor and maintain inventory levels at work stations to ensure smooth production flow. Rework and repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Perform repetitive tasks such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 35 lbs to meet production goals.What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Proficiency in reading a tape measure and understanding technical drawings. High attention to detail and strong self-motivation skills. Basic computer navigation and utilization skills are a plus. Reliable attendance and punctuality to perform work at the plant/warehouse.What's in it for me?
