Job Description

Join a dynamic team in the underfill and staking department of the manufacturing process, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. This role involves assembling small parts and applying coatings and epoxies under a microscope. If you enjoy working with your hands and have a steady, patient demeanor, this position offers a unique and rewarding challenge.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble small parts using manual techniques under a microscope.Inspect work for defects and replace parts as necessary.Conduct product inspections using a microscope.Identify basic components and follow documentation and procedures accurately.Mask and demask parts as required.Essential SkillsExperience working under a microscope is required.Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.Familiarity with hand tools such as torque drives, hand cutters, and screwdrivers.Comfortable working with a microscope for the majority of the day.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred experience in electronics manufacturing.Experience with epoxy, RTV silicone, and automatic paste dispensers is a plus.Basic math skills and ability to recognize and distinguish colors.Ability to work with epoxies and adhesives, comfortable with non-toxic odors.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean room environment at a PCB manufacturer known for high-quality boards used in drills that operate miles underground. The position is on the 2nd shift, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a 10% shift differential. Be prepared for overtime, including weekends. Employees wear full protective gear, including a bunny suit, foot covers, mouth covers, gloves, and a hair net, and must adhere to specific dress code requirements including close-toed shoes and pants.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
