**Job Title: Assembler - 3rd Shift** **Job Description**
In this role, you will utilize hand and power tools to complete various customer orders, with a focus on safety as a top priority. You will engage in building metal brackets, operating machines to unwind copper wire, and wrapping the wire around constructed brackets. Mechanical inclination and experience with hand and power tools are essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use hand and power tools to assemble products according to specifications.
+ Build metal brackets and operate machinery for unwinding copper wire.
+ Wrap copper wire around constructed metal brackets.
+ Participate in structured safety training programs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Experience with hand and power tools, such as drills and wrenches.
+ Ability to perform basic math and read a ruler.
+ High school diploma.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with blueprints and assembly line processes.
+ Experience in coil winding and mechanical assembly.

**Work Environment**
The facility is very clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Employees are required to wear safety glasses and steel-toed shoes. This is a 3rd shift position, running from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday through Thursday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of GERMANTOWN, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
