We are seeking a skilled Assembler 2 to perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. The role involves working from diagrams and drawings, making initial layouts, and using hand and power tools, jigs, and saws. You will conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed units, and may also conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications. Additionally, you may disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
ResponsibilitiesFollow process details to create electromechanical assemblies.Work with engineers to improve processes and resolve quality issues.Maintain a clean workspace and monitor expiration dates on materials and equipment.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience with a High School degree.Ability to read engineering documentation and reports.Experience using computers to log measurement data.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience dispensing epoxy with Nordson EFD equipment.Soldering skills with IPC J-STD-001 certification preferred.Prior manufacturing experience in the medical device or aerospace industry.Why Work Here?Join a team that values innovation and quality, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
