Don’t wait—apply today! **What’s in it for you?** + **Pay Rate:** $24.50 per hour. + **Schedule:** 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. + **Flexibility:** May need to work overtime and/or extended hours as required. + **Benefits:** Competitive pay, clean and safe work environment, and the opportunity to contribute to life-saving medical products. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Assemble, fabricate, test, and package medical devices. + Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment. + Conduct quality inspections and ensure all products meet Quality standards. + Perform labeling, manual inspections, and finished product packaging. + Follow safety and cleanliness protocols, including gowning/PPE requirements. + Collaborate in a team environment to rotate tasks and meet production needs. + Maintain compliance with SOPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and all quality guidelines. **What You Bring:** + **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent. + **Experience:** 1–2 years of manufacturing assembly experience. + **Availability:** Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed, and maintain regular attendance. + **Skills:** + Proficient oral and written communication. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to read and interpret specifications and follow instructions. + Basic math aptitude and experience with measurement tools (e.g., microscopes). + **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs. **Why This Role?** This position offers a chance to be part of a team that creates solutions impacting lives worldwide.
