Cleanroom Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Cleanroom Assembly Technician where you will play a vital role in assembling catheters designed to prevent brain aneurysms.This position requires precision and attention to detail as you will work with microscopes and small hand tools to assemble delicate components.

Additional Information:

Monday through Saturday, 5:00am start time.Average hours worked are 40 to 50 hours a week position.

Responsibilities

Assemble small components such as coiling wire and small tubing using a microscope and hand tools.Work under a microscope for extended periods to ensure precision in assembly.Utilize small hand tools effectively for assembly tasks.Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain high-quality standards in all assembly processes.

Essential Skills

Ability to work under a microscope for long durations.Proficiency in using small hand tools.Attention to detail and quality control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in medical device assembly is preferred but not required.Willingness to learn and be dependable.Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in medical devices, electronics, or related industries are highly desirable.

Work Environment

The role is based in a cleanroom environment where you'll be required to wear a full gown.The work schedule typically involves 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week, averaging between 45 to 55 hours per week.We foster a supportive work culture where employees are encouraged to communicate and build strong working relationships, provided their performance and quality standards are met.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
