🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery to manufacture medical devices according to specificationsFollow work instructions and update production documentation for traceabilityPrepare finished products for packaging and sterilizationInspect components and products using a microscopeMaintain full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Set up coating machines, apply coatings, and perform detailed inspectionsPrepare and test polymer and spray coating formulationsPackage sterile and non‑sterile goodsIdentify, organize, and replenish supplies as neededBuild sub‑assemblies and components for higher‑level work ordersComplete routine cleanroom cleaning and maintenance tasks⭐ Essential Skills & QualificationsMedium proficiency in EnglishComfortable working with chemicalsWillingness to work overtime as needed1+ year of experience in medical device manufacturing (microscope experience strongly preferred)Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, including gowning/de‑gowning🎓 Additional QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentExperience with microscope inspections is a plusOpenness to weekend work due to increased production demand

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
