**Job Title: Assembler - $18/hr** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling front-end loader and smaller tractor equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a climate-controlled facility with potential for growth within the company. Responsibilities + Position parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or utilize a blueprint. + Assemble and fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners with hand tools, power tools, or air tools. + Remove small quantities of metal to ensure close fits between parts. + Operate machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing basic housekeeping duties throughout the shift. + Be open to taking on additional roles and responsibilities as requested by supervisors or managers outside typical assembly duties. Essential Skills + 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably assembly. + Mechanical aptitude with experience working with hand tools and power tools. + Blueprint reading experience. + Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders. + Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in assembly manufacturing environment is preferred. Why Work Here? The typical shift is from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with potential for a three-day weekend if work is not required on Fridays.
