**Job Title: Assembler (1st Shift)** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Assembler on the 1st shift. You will use impact and hand tools and overhead cranes to attach gensets on above ground tanks. Your expertise will be vital in attaching assembled enclosures over gensets and tanks, adding finishing trim, and installing exhaust systems to finished enclosures. **Responsibilities** + Assemble aluminum skins using mechanical fasteners with impact and hand tools. + Install refrigerator type doors and hardware on enclosures. + Use overhead cranes to attach gensets on above ground tanks. + Attach assembled enclosures over gensets and tanks using overhead cranes, and add finishing trim. + Install exhaust systems to finished enclosures using impact and torque wrenches. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools, impact and torque wrenches. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Mechanical assembly experience. + Capability to use tape measures and compute basic math. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in a work environment with hand and power tools, whether professional or through hobby/volunteer opportunities. + Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. without assistance. **Why Work Here** Enjoy a competitive pay structure with individual bonus opportunities and a technician tool allowance. The environment is a non-climate controlled manufacturing plant. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Batesville, Mississippi. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
