**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The primary focus of this role is to complete higher-level assembly tasks while adhering to customer specifications and timelines. As a an Assembler, you will also perform duties assigned within Level I as needed or directed, ensuring all tasks are completed without requiring rework. Experience with mechanical and electrial is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Complete Level I duties as needed to meet customer timelines. + Install platforms and studs. + Wire plugs, outlets, and power junction boxes; terminate main cables. + Perform paint touch-ups and zinc flange. + Conduct inspection processes following detailed instructions. + Provide guidance and direction to Level I assemblers and address their queries. + Actively support all Environmental Health and Safety initiatives. + Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement activities. + Mentor and train team members in applicable areas. + Handle special duties and projects as assigned. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED required. + Experience working with inventory, parts, or part assembly is essential. + Experience in a manufacturing environment is required. + Ability to read and follow work instructions. **If interested, please apply immediately as positions are limited!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
