Job Title: Assembler

1st shift: Monday-Friday

Pay: $17/hr, increase to $18/hr after 90 days

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team. You will work on a manufacturing floor with several lines or cells, assembling HVAC units for commercial buses. Each line/cell has 4-5 team members, and each station is equipped with all necessary hand and power tools. Attention to detail is crucial as you will work with parts of varying sizes. A lead will guide each group, and a supervisor will oversee the entire line.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble specific sections of HVAC units as part of a team.Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks.Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.Ensure quality and attention to detail in all assembly work.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing setting performing assembly work.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Experience working on an assembly line.Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.Work Environment

Our facility is a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled environment with bright lights and ample space. The production floor is well-lit and inviting. Employees work Monday through Friday with occasional overtime till and potential Saturday shifts.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $35360.00/yr.
