**Description** Candidates will be looking at the work instructions and follow the assembly steps. Will use basic hand tools and would do some visual inspection. Once assembled will either pass to the next person or place it on the rack for the QT to recheck for defects. Will have to be comfortable using a computer to read and document the materials and scan materials before and after the assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Must Have: 1) Candidate must have at least 1+ year of assembly experience from a manufacturing company b) Clearly provide what company AND what parts/components the candidate was responsible for assembling in the sub/selection process 2) Candidate must have 6+ months of hand tool experience a) 6+ months of on the job experience using common hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, screw gun, etc.) 3) Candidate must have basic computer skills - specifically Microsoft Office. a) Ability to turn on the computer, click/open documents, scroll/use the mouse, and type. b) Clearly provide examples and candidate confidence with computers. PLUS: 1) Mechanical experience a) any type of mechanical aptitude (changing oil in their car, changing tires, car maintenance, home renovations, etc.) **Experience Level** Entry Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50/hr.
