Job Description
Join our team as an assembler, where you will engage in light assembly work on interior injection molded products. This role involves working in a collaborative work cell environment alongside 3-4 other assembly stations. Your primary task will involve snapping small plastic pieces into other components and placing them into the completed bin. Performance is measured by piece rate, which can vary between 200-400 pieces per shift.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks. This role requires a willingness to work 50 hours a week. The position is available on the first shift, ensuring a structured work schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vicksburg, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.81 - $17.81/hr.
