We train individuals and look for people who can learn quickly and join right in. Duties include: 🧩 Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment 📋 Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications 🏭 Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency ⏱️ Meet production deadlines and quotas while maintaining high standards of workmanship **Responsibilities** + Manage general production processes and ensure efficient workflow. + Handle inventory management with precision and accuracy. + Perform assembly tasks related to conveyor rollers used in high-speed packaging machines. + Conduct shipping and packaging activities, including labeling and inventory updates using shipping software. + Maintain organized and efficient workspaces. **Why Work Here?** Experience a workplace that values individuality and combined success, fostering an engaging and supportive environment.
