**Job Title:** **Assembler – 1st Shift** **Location: Mayville, WI** **Pay Range:** **$20.82/h** **What’s the Job?** + Read and understand blueprints and routings to assemble parts to specification + Ensure product quality through first-piece and ongoing inspections + Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean work area + Follow all safety rules for machine operation and machine guarding + Track simple productivity, quality, and safety reports **What’s Needed?** + Ability to assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or finished products + Ability to operate assembly equipment (rivet machines, presses, power tools) + Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently + Ability to read work order instructions and prepare simple production reports + Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity to inspect parts and operate equipment **What’s in it for me?** + **1st Shift schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM + **$1,000 New Hire Incentive Bonus** paid in 3 installments (no write‑ups in each quarter): + $200 at 3 months + $400 at 6 months + $400 at 12 months + Opportunity to advance to **Advanced Assembler #1** + Tools required for the role are **provided by the site** If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
