**Job Title: Production Associate - Sensor Assembly** **Job Description** Join our team in building innovative sensor products from pre-fabricated materials. This role involves working in a calm, quiet, and spacious environment where you'll be following detailed work instructions to assemble individual components. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in electronics or small parts assembly. **Responsibilities** + Perform full product builds of sensors from pre-fabricated materials. + Follow written work instructions on an iPad to build individual components. + Execute mechanical assembly of product shells. + Conduct box builds and wire bonding. + Handle packaging of finished products. **Essential Skills** + Experience in wiring, production, and assembly. + Proficiency in soldering and using hand tools. + Ability to perform electronic assembly and inspection. + Understanding of schematics and small parts assembly. + Mechanical aptitude and a strong sense of urgency. + Fluency in English to read, write, and speak for work instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering experience is a plus. + Experience with SMT Machine Operation is advantageous. + Must be available to work 50-55 hours per week, including overtime. + Experience in small parts assembly. + Proven good attendance and reliability. **Why Work Here?** Join an industry leader with record-breaking growth of 20% year over year. The facility operates on a schedule from Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm, Friday 6am to 2:30pm, and Saturday 6am to 11am. Expect a 50-55 hour work week, with mandatory overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
