**Job Title: Asphalt Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team. This position requires a hands-on worker who can effectively contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects and has a proven history doing so in the Asphalt industry. **Responsibilities** + Experience working in the asphalt industry and utilizing tools such as a lute and a rake. + Follow all safety requirements to ensure the safety of crew members and worksite visitors. + Demonstrate proficiency in performing luting, raking, screwing, and milling. + Utilize hand and power tools efficiently. + Perform laborer duties. **Essential Skills** + Experience with luting, raking, screwing, and milling. + 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. + Proficiency in operating hand and power tools. + Experience with heavy equipment and asphalt paving machinery. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values dedication, skill, and safety. Candidates should be prepared to perform general laborer duties. Work sites are located within a one-hour radius of the shop in Irwin.
