We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh McLennan as an Asistente Administrativo. This role will be based in a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This position supports six senior leaders across LATAM, including the CEO in Peru and regional leaders in Mexico City and Miami. Responsibilities are divided between supporting the CEO in Peru with expense control, travel arrangements, calendar management, and administrative projects such as room reservations and event catering. For the other leaders, the role includes travel booking, expense control, and managing company cell phone policies.
