Position Summary:
This position is responsible for increasing and maintaining player frequency and the development of new Asian casino customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
Attracts business from existing customers to increase trip frequency and invites patrons to eventsIdentifies and greets guests in pit and slot areas providing complimentaries and other services, as requiredPromotes Asian and casino eventsHandles internal and external calls, customer reservations, customer complaints, etc.Obtains information on new guests, issues Momentum cards and explains the benefits of membershipRemains visible on the casino floor Offers and issues comps and event tickets to qualified customers Maintains and respects the confidentiality of marketing programs, guest information and databasesSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs telemarketing duties using the Telemarketing softwareAssists with internal department translations, as neededMinimum Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentTwo years of experience in the service industry involving extensive contact with customers or the general publicMust be fluent in English and at least one dialect of Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese and have an understanding of the Asian cultureCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Excellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesAbility to make sound judgment calls relating to compsAbility to remain in control in stressful or high pressure situationsExcellent negotiation and reasoning skillsAbility to interact with large and small groups in a highly professional mannerAdaptable and open to new ideas and changesDemonstrates consistent politeness and a positive attitude toward guestsTraining Requirements:
Knowledge of the VIP Lounge software, ACSC, SharePoint, FPR, LMS, Rainmaker, Salesforce and group messaging systemsKnowledge of department policies and proceduresPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, loud noises and low lightingCarries a communication device and responds to off-hours communications in order to provide 24/7 serviceMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours and holidaysThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
