**The Position**
**Drive Global Transformation in Diagnostics & Service Excellence**

As **ASAsphere Project Lead** , you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Global Service Strategy of Roche Diagnostics. You will drive the successful implementation and worldwide rollout of strategic initiatives that elevate proactive customer support, enable innovative technical solutions, and optimize operational excellence across regions and affiliates.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, change leadership, and cross-functional influence in a complex international environment.
**High-level goal:**
Your contribution is essential to the success of Roche Diagnostics Global Service Strategy, as you play a pivotal role in enhancing proactive support experiences for customers and optimizing operational efficiency through these initiatives.
**Main tasks:**
+ Lead the strategic direction and execution of the program to maximize success and adoption across regions, service centers, and affiliates, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational objectives.
+ Develop strategic options based on Service and Customer Area priorities, balancing time, cost, and risk to address technical, regulatory, business, and operational needs.
+ Establish clear accountability frameworks and performance metrics to measure program impact at affiliate level, driving ownership and results.
+ Build, lead, and maintain a highly effective multifunctional team, fostering a positive environment, strong sense of urgency, and can-do attitude, while championing a shared long-term vision.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges in solution adoption, driving change management and continuous improvement.
+ Represent the program to senior management and broader forums, maintaining key interfaces with customer groups to translate business needs into tangible results.
+ Manage ambiguous situations, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and effectively handle relationships with internal clients and end customers.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5-7+ years of experience in the areas of expertise
+ Experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or pharma services environment is highly desirable
+ Proven experience leading complex, cross-site and cross-functional programs within Diagnostics or healthcare environments, including matrix leadership in fast-paced international settings.
+ Strong expertise in project and program management (Agile and hybrid methodologies) combined with extensive change management experience; relevant certifications (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci) are an advantage.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups in challenging environments, with excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
+ Experience collaborating with external partners on product development, including contract definition and work package negotiation.
+ Solid understanding of Global Customer Support, regional and affiliate service processes, and familiarity with IT portfolios and development processes is a strong plus.
+ Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to deliver results in resource-constrained and time-sensitive environments.
+ Self-starter and ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
+ Fluency (spoken and written) in English is mandatory (other languages are optional)
+ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
