We are immediately hiring an experienced Metal Fabricator with strong TIG and MIG welding skills to support the production of high‑quality, custom metal components. This role partners closely with engineering, design, and shop teams to fabricate precise, visually detailed parts across a variety of metals and project types, including furniture and architectural work.

As a Metal Fabricator, you will perform high‑precision TIG welding on non‑ferrous alloys such as brass and aluminum, primarily for custom furniture and specialty metal projects. You will assist with manual machining and milling, complete project set‑ups, and execute production work while maintaining the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding on non‑ferrous metals (brass, aluminum)Perform MIG welding on steel (16‑gauge through ¼\" thickness)Assist with manual machining, milling, and fabrication tasksSet up and execute production operations for diverse custom projectsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsMaintain strict quality and safety standardsProperly use and maintain PPE and shop equipmentRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in a fabrication or production environment3–5 years of hands‑on TIG and MIG welding experienceProficient with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment, including:Band sawsDrill pressesGrinding and sanding machinesAdvanced ability to read and interpret blueprintsStrong attention to detail with a focus on precision and finish qualityPreferred BackgroundExperience in furniture fabrication, architectural metal, mechanical work, or a similar fieldBackground in custom or high‑end fabrication environmentsWork EnvironmentModern fabrication shop with a hands‑on, collaborative cultureMix of sheet metal fabrication, TIG, and MIG weldingPrimarily a 4‑day workweek, with overtime as project demands requireJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
