As a Security Officer - Armed in DALLAS, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.Collaborate with Allied Universal and local authorities when necessary to manage incidents and/or emergencies at the location.Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.An armed guard card or license is required.A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
