We are seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to develop, implement, and enhance document control processes and systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless management of document control procedures, permissions, user profiles, and supplier access.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and improve document control processes and systems.Establish user profiles and manage permissions.Implement skew management and define review board processes.Manage supplier access effectively.Essential Skills4+ years of experience in document control.Proficiency in BOM and engineering change management.Experience with Arena software.Ability to establish and implement engineering change order processes and structures.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a startup environment.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a 40-person company, offering a dynamic and innovative work environment.
