We are seeking an Area Vice President for our operations based out of our Blue Bell, PA office supporting Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Eastern Shore of Maryland, to oversee all security operations and drive excellence across the territory. This strategic leadership role ensures operational efficiency, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and compliance with company and industry standards, while proactively identifying opportunities for growth and profitability. Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Annually

Your Role: A Blend of Strategy, Leadership, and Innovation
As the Area Vice President, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our operations. your responsibilities will include:
Developing and updating comprehensive business plans and establishing ambitious performance objectives.
Managing a Multimillion Dollar P&L.
Fostering a cohesive culture, seamlessly integrating new business.
Coaching and mentoring management teams, including 8 District Managers
Driving high-quality customer service standards, supporting the retention of profitable business.
Qualifications: Your Path to Leading with Us
To excel in this role, you should have.
At least 5+ years of management experience, preferably in the service industry.
Demonstrated competencies in P&L management, human resources, and business administration.
A strong track record in strategic thinking, operational analysis, and innovative problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, capable of leading diverse teams and managing complex projects.
