What You'll Do As a Multiple Restaurant Supervisor, you will: + Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to multiple restaurants. + Develop and mentor managers and crew to achieve outstanding results. + Meet and exceed sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals. + Drive operational excellence through Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC). + Analyze operational reports and lead action plans for continuous improvement. + Serve as a role model and ambassador of both McDonald’s and Bronson values. + Build strong relationships with your teams, the local community, and corporate partners. + Travel regularly to your assigned locations to support, train, and guide teams. + Communicate effectively with executive leadership, restaurant management, crew, and external partners.
