Area supervisor Requirements: -MUST have 2 years McDonald's SUPERVISOR experience.He/she will be responsible for the performance of 4 McDonald's locations in East Alton, Wood River & 2 locations in Collinsville, IL. -Strong verbal & written communication skills + Proven track record of successfully managing McDonald's + Demonstrated ability to take on additional responsiblities beyond store operations + Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills + Experience with budgeting and financial statement analysis. + Must be 18 years or older and legal to work in United States. The responsiblities include: -Conduct food safety visits at each restaurant regularly to ensure that each restaurant meets company standards for cleanliness, customer service and food quality. + The area supervisor coaches and developments general managers and shift managers, providing guidance on areas such as employee training, inventory management & sales growth. + Conduct food safety visits at each restaurant regularly to ensure that each restaurant meets company standards for cleanliness, customer service and food quality. + Create an annual business plan prior to start of each year with monthly goals for each restaurant that is based on co-op/national goals and communicate results to management team monthly. + The area supervisor works with general managers to maintain staffing and create a fun atmosphere. in all stores. + Hold meetings with General Managers to discusss operations, training, business results and customer feedback. + Lead introduction of new products, procedures, and equipment to ensure they meet co-op goals. + Adminster written performance reviews to General Managers and ensure they do the same for shift managers and crew. + They work closely with general managers to ensure all managerial staff receives McDonald's management trainee material. + Analyze sales trends to identify negative sales patterns and implement programs to increase sales.
