Job DescriptionAccountabilities/Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Achieving sales targets, in line with company marketing plan, within a given customer range and geographySupporting and contributing to the achievement of the company’s overall business goals, in collaboration with other team membersSeek out and develop new opportunities for the business areas as assigned Ensuring customer accounts are maintained within agreed payment termsEstablishing close working relationships with key elements of the value chain (distributors, influencers, growers) to support achievement of sales plans.To provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, offering tailored solutions and recommendationsDealing with complaints in relation to the company’s productsMonitoring sales activities, analysing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth and market expansion.To contribute expertise, materials and support to the company’s marketing campaignsTo fulfill other projects as may be required from time to timeQualificationsBachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (relevant experience will be considered)Ability to deliver short term sales with a long-term mindset and passion to transform agricultureGood IT Skills and an ability to use the MS Suite. Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP etc is an advantage.Good technical knowledge of crop husbandry and crop protection products.Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersAbility to manage and prioritize a correct balance of activities across a complex value chainThe role allows for a degree of autonomous decision making. You should be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a teamStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAdditional InformationWhat we offer
