In this role, you will be at the forefront of digitalizing building services engineering across Northern Germany, directly influencing the adoption of BIM workflows and shaping the future of how complex building projects are designed and executed.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Drive the direct sales of Trimble Nova and integrated MEP solutions to key stakeholders, including engineering offices and construction companies.Spearhead engaging product demonstrations and contract negotiations, owning the sales process from initial concept to successful closing.Strategically manage your territory through proactive lead generation and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Presales, and Customer Success to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions to our clients.Essential Skills & Experience
You have a proven track record in the consultative sales of technical software or complex industrial solutions.You are a natural communicator with a talent for building long-term relationships and navigating stakeholder requirements in the construction sector.You possess a strong technical or commercial foundation, ideally with knowledge of the AECO industry or MEP processes.You are fluent in German (native/near-native level) with professional proficiency in English.Bonus Points For:
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems to drive sales efficiency.Existing networks within the Northern German construction and engineering market.Location: Northern Germany, Remote/Home Office
