**Job** **Role:** Day Shift Inbound Area Manager
**Days/Hours:** Monday through Friday – 6:30 am – 4:00 PM
**Overall:** Manage daily Dock Operations , leading a team of Material Handlers and clerks to achieve daily, weekly, monthly Inbound Goals.
Pay Rate- $30 to $32 depending on experience
**Specifics:**
+ Manage a team of 6-10 Material Handlers and 1-2 Shipping/Receiving Clerks by overseeing execution, maintaining productivity measures and assigning daily tasks.
+ Maintain the high expectations of all safety regulations such as monthly leadership walks, supporting PADC safety teams/initiatives and setting positive examples.
+ Utilize several processing systems for daily execution including but not limited to Exacta, SAP, YMS and Opendock
+ Daily communication using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams with colleagues, leaders and other internal partners
+ Daily Inbound Inventory Management including aged in transits and ON DOCK inventory management
+ Complete daily Inbound duties including but not limited to:
+ QA requests
+ Outgoing STO orders
+ Unblock aisle requests
+ Employee Daily hour tracking
+ GPL Testing
+ WPI Requests
+ SOS safety checklist
+ Build and maintain relationships with internal partners, planners, third party manufacturers, carriers and senior leaders
+ Complete one term process improvement
