Job Title: Project Site Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Site Manager to lead field operations teams at multiple customer sites or large single sites, particularly in North Phoenix. This role involves managing diverse teams, coordinating with international leaders, and ensuring projects are completed to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse team of site managers, adjustment technicians, safety managers, and contractors.Coordinate with international installation leaders to drive project objectives.Create long-term plans and schedules to support projects with trained personnel and materials.Deliver team performance meeting or exceeding expectations in safety, schedule, cost, and quality.Manage multiple projects and prevent escalations from reaching senior leadership.Model safe behaviors and drive safety programs at operational and organizational levels.Support quality processes to deliver quality requirements and facilitate high-quality handoffs to customers.Hire, train, and manage diverse teams for project execution.Enhance customer relationships through project meetings and interactions.Manage labor and contract budgets exceeding $5 million at multiple sites.Proactively address problems and manage escalations to achieve customer satisfaction.Coach and mentor site leadership personnel to achieve project objectives.Develop the next generation of site leaders and technical experts.Assist Directors of Operations in executing strategic objectives and establish goals for team members.Drive continuous improvement and efficient processes.Troubleshoot, analyze, document, and communicate solutions for system problems.

Essential Skills

5+ years of site management and scheduling experience on large projects within a technical installation environment.Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years of complex project/site leadership experience or equivalent education and experience.Management of teams for installations with a strong history of leadership.Experience in client relationship management and customer services.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Technical degree preferred.Experience in semiconductor equipment and construction.Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $50 million in value.Excellent communication skills for direct reporting to customer management.

Work Environment

The work environment includes frequent work in a semiconductor clean room with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts. The noise level is moderate. Physical demands include regular use of hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. The employee may occasionally stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally is required. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
