ROLE SUMMARY
The Area Manager is responsible for leading and developing store teams in alignment with brand and company strategy, overseeing operations, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring top-tier retail standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience. providing managerial direction for the success of the stores, and provides the customer with an ‘outstanding’ shopping experience.

ROLE PROFILE

Ensure sales and operational goals and expectations are achieved through regular monitoring.Responsible for ensuring that store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible standards, are well organized and properly merchandised at all times.chieve sales targets through a proactive commercial agenda, developing and planning new business initiatives that drive overall sales and business improvement.Monitor cash flows, sales performance, inventory control, cash sales receipts and operating records.Responsible for ensuring that all customer service initiatives are in place, resolving issues quickly and courteouslyGuide the Store Managers to ensure the key priority targets and goals in customer service are consistently achieved.Monitor stock control to ensure store shrink is within company guidelines to protect company property and assets.Provide critical analytical feedback on store performance at the weekly / monthly trade reviews together with the Brand Director.

REQUIREMENTS

High school certificateQualification in Retail related field is an added advantage7+ years’ experience in retail operations with minimum 3 years in Store Management roleEnglish proficiency
