**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are hiring for a turn key Fleet Maintenance manager that will oversee 12 different concrete Mixer sites from Tampa, FL to Naples FL for a concrete mixer manufacturing company. Six figure salary, company vehicle (F-250 truck), gas/expense card, and excellent benefits!!! **Responsibilities** + Lead, train, and develop a team of 2 Fleet supervisors and 22 mechanics across 12 sites across the state of FL + Skilled with repairing and troubleshooting cement read mixer trucks, forklifts and other heavy equipment + Detail oriented with a willingness to travel + Plenty of growth opportunities + Knowledgeable when it comes to performing PMS, interpreting mechanical/electrical schematics, and with leadership training/development + Take charge when it comes to developing and or improving safety procedures Pay is between 100-133K based on experience **Essential Skills** + Repairing and troubleshooting Cement Mixer trucks is a must + Proven track record to lead a large team of 22 mechanics + Safety oriented + Proficiency in maintenance (mechanical/electrical) with heavy equipment as well as leadership **Work Environment** You will be working across multiple (12 concrete mixer) plants that are all outdoors.
