**About the Job**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Manager to join our Dupixent Dermatology team in the Los Angeles North territory. This role will be responsible for driving the growth of Dupixent in dermatology indications through strategic engagement with dermatologists. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists and relevant stakeholders to optimize patient access to Dupixent for approved dermatologic conditions.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Drive Dupixent growth in dermatology indications through strategic engagement with dermatologists in the Los Angeles North territory.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with community dermatologists and academic thought leaders.
+ Deliver impactful clinical presentations focusing on Dupixent's efficacy, safety, and value proposition in dermatologic conditions.
+ Execute territory business plans to maximize Dupixent adoption in appropriate dermatology patients.
+ Collaborate with Market Access, Field Medical, and Marketing teams to optimize patient access to Dupixent.
+ Analyze territory data and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
+ Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
+ Partner with dermatology offices to support proper utilization of Dupixent and facilitate patient support services.
**About You**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, with dermatology experience strongly preferred
+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in specialty markets
+ Strong understanding of the specialty pharmacy process and prior authorization requirements
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
+ Proficiency in analyzing data and developing actionable insights
+ Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Los Angeles North territory

The salary range for this position is:
$123,750.00 - $178,750.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
