What you will do:
+ Manage sales functions for assigned dealers, ensuring performance meets Dealer Business Plan (DBP) targets and holding dealers accountable.
+ Lead dealer teams in sales and parts management best practices, using HY Impact coaching to drive pipeline management and BIG deals.
+ Oversee dealer participation in marketing programs, ensuring alignment with market share growthobjectives.
+ Drive revenue performance, including but not limited to new equipment sales, aftermarket parts, robotics, telemetry, and attachments.
+ Manage dealerpipelineandforecastin Salesforce, deliveringaccurateshort- and long-range forecasts tooptimizeplant effectiveness.
+ Assess dealership and leadership performance, providing recommendations to improve dealer network and achieve market share goals.
+ Guide dealers on accountselection, coverage, and inventory management to ensureoptimalsales and service support.
+ Implement distribution strategies to support market share growth, delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with company culture and values.

What you will need:
+ **Education** **:** Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ **Experience** **:**
+ 7+ years of B2B equipment industry experience with a degree.
+ 10+ years of B2B equipment industry experience without a degree.
+ Dealership sales management experience preferred.
+ **Communication Requirements:** Englishproficiencyrequiredfor effective communication with dealers and customers across Canada. French is an asset for Quebec interactions but not mandatory.
+ **Anticipated Hours of Work:** This position typically requires a standard full-time schedule of40 hoursper week, with flexibility to accommodate business needs and travel commitments. Additional hours may be necessary during peakperiods, andwill be managed in accordance with applicable employment standards.
+ **Travel** **Requirements:** This role requires frequent travel to support dealer and customer relationships across Canada and occasional international trips, totaling **approximately 50** **-** **75** **% of your time** .
Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
+ **Business Acumen** : Strong in pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory management.
+ **Leadership Skills** : Capable of making decisions and collaborating with sales managers and dealer principals.
+ **Advanced Computer Skills** : Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and communication tools like Salesforce and Teams.
+ **Product Knowledge** : Extensive understanding of equipment industry products and services.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base starting salary range for this full-time position is $119,800 - $149,800 (CAD). Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive plan.
