Your Impact

In this role, you will:

Design and optimize enterprise application architectures for performance, scalability, and resilience Support hybrid architecture strategies, integrating on-premises platforms with emerging cloud capabilities Conduct technical assessments of vendor and in-house platforms for compatibility, security, and performance Partner with engineers, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure implementation aligns with architecture Lead database optimization and data modeling initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability

 

Education & Certification

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Azure certification (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-400) is a strong plus

Experience

5+ years in software engineering 5+ years in solution architecture Strong background in on-premises systems, application platforms, and integration patterns Hands-on experience with database optimization, performance tuning, and data modeling Familiarity with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) Exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud services is a strong plus Financial Services experience is a plus

Core Technical Skills

Must-Have

Architecture & Delivery: Experience leading Options Analysis and recommending optimal solution paths Deep understanding of systems design: high availability, resilience, scalability, performance Security & Compliance: Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, RBAC, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI)

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Azure services (API Management, Data Factory, Functions, Databricks) Familiarity with automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) Knowledge of AI services and data engineering pipelines Advanced SQL, query optimization, indexing strategies, and data modeling
