The Architectural Designer I will support the development of architectural projects through the preparation of design drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials. This role works closely with senior designers and project managers in a collaborative, inclusive, and creatively driven environment. You will assist with project documentation, coordinate design details, incorporate feedback, and contribute to high‑quality deliverables that align with project goals, schedules, and standards.
ResponsibilitiesDesign & DocumentationAssist in producing construction documents and architectural drawings using Revit.Support preparation of design presentations, CAD work, and graphic materials.Interpret sketches, design concepts, and redlines, accurately incorporating revisions into project documents.Participate in design discussions and contribute ideas that enhance project outcomes.Project SupportAssist with project submittals, document reproduction, and general drafting tasks.Help maintain organized project files, drawing sets, and documentation workflows.Support team members through consistent communication, follow‑through, and a proactive approach to tasks.Team CollaborationWork in a respectful, supportive, and creative team environment focused on innovation and quality.Communicate effectively with peers, project leads, and other disciplines involved in project coordination.Take initiative in daily responsibilities and demonstrate a strong desire for professional growth.What You’ll Bring to the TableBachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related design field.1 year of practical experience in an architectural or design environment preferred.Proficiency in Revit, with familiarity in SketchUp and Photoshop.Understanding of architectural design principles, construction practices, and industry software.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented setting.Passion for architectural design, creativity, and continuous learning.(Portfolio required at time of application.)Above & BeyondExperience or exposure to multidisciplinary environments (architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, planning, or similar fields).Interest in continued development with architectural software tools, design technologies, and industry trends.Work EnvironmentThis role is part of a creative and supportive architectural team that values innovation, inclusivity, and long‑term professional growth.
